The Trigger Tracker

You’re not overreacting. Your body is remembering.

The racing heart before the meeting. The tight chest after the text. The Trigger Tracker shows you what sets you off, and what actually helps.

No credit card. Your entries are never viewed, never shared.

Let’s start with your body.

Where are you feeling something right now?

Touch where you feel it.

Your body sounds the alarm before you know why.

Somewhere deep in your brain, a part of you is just trying to keep you safe. When it senses danger, it floods your body with the chemicals that make your heart race, your muscles tighten, your thoughts speed up.

That system saved your life once. Maybe more than once.

Sometimes the alarm is a memory: a tone of voice, a certain kind of silence, and your body reacts like it’s back there, even when back there is over. You hold it together all day. Your body keeps the receipts.

And sometimes the alarm is right on time, because something in your life really is too much, and your body knew before the rest of you was ready to say it.

Either way, the alarm is real. And nobody thinks clearly while it’s sounding.

The Trigger Tracker meets you in that moment: log what hit, where you felt it, how big it was, and come back down safely. Then, as the entries add up, you start to see what’s actually setting off the alarm. So you can decide what to do about it.

Here’s how it actually works.

Step one: Something happens. Your chest goes tight, or your stomach drops. You open the app and touch where you feel it, on a simple picture of a body. No typing needed if the words aren’t there yet.

Step two: You name what your body’s doing. Racing heart. Shallow breath. Clenched jaw. Whatever fits.

Step three: The app gives you a two-minute reset matched to exactly that. You do it right there. Takes less time than making tea.

Step four: After a few entries, patterns start showing up on their own. Maybe it’s always Tuesdays. Maybe it’s always after a certain conversation. You start seeing what your body already knows. And when you want it, it’s yours to take — a report you can hand to a therapist, or keep for yourself.

The dashboard's Trigger Pattern Heatmap: a week-by-time grid built from a month of example entries, with darker cells where stress ran higher.
A month of entries, illustrated.

No journaling required. No 40-minute meditation. A couple of taps, a two-minute reset, whenever you need it.

You don’t have to figure this out today.

You just have to notice the next time it happens. Where you felt it. What your body did. That’s the whole first step.

The rest (the patterns, the understanding, the calm) comes on its own, one entry at a time.
